Seniors Exercise Class
Seniors Exercise classes aim is to assist people with improving their Activities of Daily Living and quality of life. The exercise program is for people who can benefit, including those with arthritis, muscular and joint problems, sports injuries, pain and older people. Classes run on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 10am. |

Strictly line dancing classesStrictly Linedance is committed to quality line dance instruction . Noel Bradey and Michael Vera-Lobos have been teaching as Strictly Linedance for about seventeen years and prior to that were teachers for ALD, the first Australian linedance club. Strictly Linedance is based in the inner city area of Sydney and is widely recognised as one of the leading line dance educators. Both Noel and Michael are continually credited with ensuring the success of new pieces of Line Dance choreography.

Tai ChiGrandmaster Gary Khor is the founder/president of the Feng Shui Academy of China and the Australian Academy of Tai Chi. Often referred to as the " Father of Tai Chi in Australia ", he has trained more than 1000 instructors and taught more than 200,000 students in the last 29 years. Branches of the Academy are spread throughout Australia. Classes run every Wednesday from 10.30am. |
