ZUMBA FRIENDS SYDNEY are a group of friends from different backgrounds, some with many years in the Fitness Industry, some with many years of Dance, some that have simply caught the feel good passion of Zumba Fitness®.
The one thing they have in common is they LOVE to have FUN, moving to the MUSIC and FEEL FIT and FANTASTIC TOGETHER and they love to share the positive energy. You don’t even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow their lead. It’s Easy!
With music from all over the world you will be moving to Salsa, Samba, Merengue, African, Arabian & Hip Hop to name a few. You will feel like you have taken a mini holiday around the world.
